Added include/osg/GLObjects + .cpp which provide osg::flush*DeletedGLObjects() methods.

Added and cleaned up DeleteHandler calls in osgViewer to help avoid crashes on exit.

Changed DatabasePager across to dynamically checcking osg::getCompileContext(..)

Updated wrappers.
