Added experimental osgTerrain::ShaderTerrain TerrainTechnique to osgterrain example to flesh out new shader based displacement mapping approach to osgTerrain databases.
Requires shader files place in OpenSceneGraph-Data/shaders from OpenSceneGraph-Data's svn/trunk to function.
