Moved the diaglog title bar widgets into the Widget::GraphicsSubgraph map to avoid them poluting the Dialog's children list and to prevent them from being serialized.

Introduced Widget::WidgetStateSet to help localize the StateSet set up by Widget implementations from being serialized or

affecting what end users apply via the standard Node::s/getStateSet().

Added DragCallback class to help dialog dragging support.

Introduced a new Widget::computeExtentsPositionInLocalCoordinates() method that intersects with a ray through mouse pointer and the extents of the widget.
