Last week, we realised that these classes are not accounted for when doing an ComputeBoundVisitor- traversal, as there is no specialization in ComputeBoundVisitor for them.

This breaks previously working code in osgAnimation::RigTransformHardware where the arrays got an undefined bounding and because of this the bone indices and weights were not loaded by the shader. Clean up up osg::Geometry, removing long deprecated support for array indices and BIND_PER_PRIMITIVE binding that forced OpenGL slow paths. osg::Geometry is now smaller and only supports OpenGL fasts paths.
