Robert Osfield e7fbacc3b6 From Daniel Larimer, "There was a error with QTUtils.h when compiling on HFS case-sensitive
file system.  The #include<Quicktime/Quicktime.h> line needs to be
replaced with #include<QuickTime/QuickTime.h"
