- Fix OSG_INSTALL_PREFIX path
- Fix missing OSG_INSTALL_PREFIX for flightgear

- Don't override OSG install dir

James Turner 9019d3c49c More Super-build tweaks. 
Download and extract libsvn files on Mac, and enable RTI on non-Windows builds. Factor dependencies so they work for all platforms.
