James Turner 46eb2f439d MSVC lacks stdint.h / inttypes.h
- we can't use simgear/misc/stdint.hxx here, since it's a C++
header and md5.c is compiled as plain C (no bool type available).

* This code implements the MD5 message-digest algorithm.
* The algorithm is due to Ron Rivest. This code was

* Equivalent code is available from RSA Data Security, Inc.
