6043b3949b Analytics configuration is the responsibility of the host application when running in widget mode (#3089) 
* Support for analytics configuration via URL parameters in widget mode

Adds:

- posthogApiHost
- posthogApiKey
- rageshakeSubmitUrl
- sentryDsn
- sentryEnvironment

Deprecate analyticsId and use posthogUserId instead

* Partial test coverage

* Simplify tests

* More tests

* Lint

* Split embedded only parameters into own section for clarity

* Update docs/url-params.md

* Update docs/url-params.md

* Update vite.config.js

This is to help ensure that we get proper vite/rollup lazy loading by not `import`ing more than we need to.

a7624806b2 Upgrade eslint-plugin-matrix-org to 1.2.1 
This upgrade came with a number of new lints that needed to be fixed across the code base. Primarily: explicit return types on functions, and explicit visibility modifiers on class members.

da7760d7ab Send rejoin events to PostHog in realtime 
By converting PosthogSpanExporter to a SpanProcessor just like the RageshakeSpanProcessor, it can now monitor spans in realtime as they are started.

88f3b30040 Allow different OpenTelemetry collectors to be enabled/disabled 
Always enable OpenTelemetry, but conditionally enable the OTLP
exporter, as per comment.

Add config to set collector URL, obey the same analytics setting as
posthog. Also refactor into a class to make it easier to manage.
