I learned that makeKeyDelay has been deprecated in matrix-js-sdk ever since the switch to the new encryption manager, so this config option has no effect.
Fixes the following warning:
[warn] (!) Your Vite config uses features that are unsupported by `configLoader: 'native'`, which is planned to become the default in a future major version of Vite:
- import "./vite.config" without a file extension (vitest.config.ts:3:35). Add the file extension
Set `VITE_CONFIG_NATIVE_IGNORE_WARNING=true` to suppress this warning.
Splits the config options for the timings of a delayed leave event into two sets: one for when delegation is available (as you can relax the timings and get more stable calls this way), and another for when it's unavailable (as we must continue to gracefully downgrade even after Matrix 2.0 is fully rolled out).
This works by bluntly hitting the delegation endpoints without auth before joining to check for a 404.
