Philip Balister 77f4245c35 Update cmake files from gnuradio master gr_modtool output. 
I ran gr_modtool to create a new module. Then replaces the top level
CMakeLists file and tweaked the details. Also about the cmake Modules.
The output compiles for x86 native and armv7a cross.

Nick Foster 1630e67c3b Preamble subtracts average (LPF'ed) input from samples. This has the effect only 
of improving the slicer threshold to exactly 0.5.

Nick Foster 640b13e62d Switched to using complex_to_mag_squared vs. mag. Based on an observation that 
the optimal slicer threshold is 0.5(V**2)t. Less CPU load, better performance.
Some configurations of threshold and --pmf result in slightly worse
performance. Most result in better performance.
