Florent Rougon 2a0801da6b zlibstream*: use C++11 scoped enumerations instead of C-style enums

These enumerations are those declared with 'enum class' instead of just
'enum' (cf. §7.2 of the C++11 standard).

+ add missing include (<zlib.h>)
