Hugh Nimmo-Smith fde8bf4f5d Adjust renovate bot schedule and enable vulnerability updates 
- Default schedule of monthly => less noise
- Minimum release age of 5 days => we don't need to be at the bleeding edge for most things
- Add "dependencies" label to PRs
- Enable security updates at any time
